need help with bbm (bb curve 9300)!!!!!!
my bbm is not working just got the phone 2 days ago and says something about enterprise activation. wondering if that has to do with bbm. i can enter the app and send requests but my friend wont get my request. help plz!!!

Could be one of several things.
1. Try sending your service books. Options->Host Routing Table->menu->Register Now
2. The carrier hasn't set up your plan correctly. Calling them would resolve that, or #1.
3. The phone has an IT policy on it, either due to it being used or issued from your employer. If it's used and 1&2 don't help, try:
