i'm lookin for an easy way for my mother to contact me while at work. i've had her email me, but sometimes i ignore my emails so thats not the best method. so i've had her start instant messaging my cell phone number, and that works, but 2 problems with that: 1) she has to start the conversation, and 2) it wastes one of my texts. so i was wondering if through bbm, i could send her an instant message or she can send an instant message to my pin.

any thoughts? anyone care to weigh in?

well if she have a blackberry than u guys can chat like you normally would on aim or ym .. u guys can even exchange short voicenote over bbm ...
