HELP!

Basically I added my friend using the barcode on to BBM. But the trouble is, is that he says he received no invite. He added me via barcode and the same thing happened, it just says waiting for authorisation. Btw my BBM is called Blackberry PIN what is this

Do you and your friend both have BlackBerry data plans (BIS)? You cannot use BBM with a generic data plan.
