Deleting BB Protect Backup Files from BB Server
Does anyone know if there's a way to delete BB Protect backup files from the BB server? Apparently, you have to remove the associated device from the Protect account or deactivate the entire account. On the Protect website, if the My Data tab is selected, there is a menu that shows the backup file so why can't it be deleted? If a backup file is actually used, does it get deleted from the BB server or sit there indefinitely? I noticed if the My Devices tab is selected, below an archive button there is a checkbox that says keep backups. Why is there an archive button and an archive checkbox on the devices page. What does archiving have to do with a device? Why does everything have to be so confusing?
It's not just good, it's BlackBerry good!
