    I have a Bold 9900 with two email accounts on the phone, one of which I would like to remove. On my home screen, I have a separate box for both email accounts, and the email address I want to remove is one of two "Send From" options in new email messages.

    When I go to Email Account Management, the address I want to delete is not there: it only lists one of the two email addresses.

    Any suggestions on how to delete this account?

    Appreciate your help!

    Did you remove the account from BIS?

    Go to your Setup icon/Email Accounts. Scroll to the account you want to delete and press Menu/Delete or press the del key.

    Albee 1, thanks -- the e-mail accounts icon says (2), but only one of the email accounts is listed. The one I want to delete is not.

    ibcop -- I am not sure how to log into / access BIS -- can you refer me to more information?

    Thanks -- I made my way to T-Mobile BIS and saw only 1 email account there as well! Ended-up calling Customer Care, and we deleted the service books for the e-mail addrsess, which seems to have dealt w/ the problem.
