my friend recently had their phone suspended for about a week b/c they did not pay their bill.

they just paid their bill and their BB 8310 is now up and running. we usually use blackberry messenger but even with his phone now up and running every message i send him is not delivered and they are still listed as unreachable. what could be causing this?? they did not get a new phone either their service was just temporarily suspended.

any help would be appreciated!

Have them redo their reg now - options>adv options>host routing table> menu> reg now.

This will re-reg the device with RIM
