probably the easiest way is to call the carrier and have their tech dept check the blackberry admin tool. or call RIM direct at 877-255-2377.

also, as was stated in your other post from yesterday- please use more desciptive titles for your thread. it helps people know what they are getting into, so they dont read or open a thread to which they cannot offer input or which may not be helpful to them.
