Hi I have a 8310 and whenever I go to add a contact on Blackberry Messenger, it only lets me enter the contact's email, not their pin. How do I fix this? Thanks.

Have you tired going to contact list hit the bb button and select use once and then try and enter the pin?

Ypou can add the PIN to the contact, then you will have the option to use either when looking up the entry.

Or you can enter the PiN in BBM by simply typing the PIN into the "Add a Contact" box, and you should get a drop-down choice of. Email/PIN/Lookup.

That is OS 4.5. I'm not sure but on previous versions you might need to choose "Lookup" and then in your contact list scroll to the top and "Use Once", then MenuKey > PIN.

Ahh thank you guys so much! I didn't see that by clicking the BB button when I'm at Use Once on the contact list I have an option that says request by pin.
