BBM question???

Hello im fairly new to the whole BB experience as well as the crackberry community. My question is how can i make the BBM new message indicator (smily face) disapear? It's stayed there since yesterday and i have no open conversations.

Go to BlackBerry Pin Messenger and make sure all sections are expanded. Maybe there is a pending contact or something like that...

Failing that, do a battery pull (take the battery out while the device is on)...

hey guys.....i have downloaded bbm 7 on my blackberry curve 8520....but its not supporting and because of it BBM symbol is no more visible on my phone...Please help me out to retrieve
