BBM Problem

the past couple days my BBM has been taking very long to send messages. whenever i send a message it shows a small clock next to it and everyone that i message appears offline. my friend said it might be because we have different carriers so there might be some delay time but, i dont think so because it was working fine before. you got any ideas?

there is a known issue on rims side of this so be patient it will get fixed

It doesn't matter which bbm. They are having issues with bbm period

that's your os one your phone. the version number for bbm will be under options>advanced options>applications and then scroll to blackberry messenger

I miss the old BBM's icon that would let you know they were on the phone (unavailable). Now a message just sits there with the check mark but not delivered, and there status is available. Is there something im missing?

i had the same issue for a long time. if the contact is "stuck" in unreachable, do a reset. since i've upgraded to the new BBM i haven't had that issue...yet.
