i am new to BB and to his forum. i have a BB storm 2 unlock with tmobile. i have read a couple of threads concerning bbm not working on storm 2. is their a fix for the problem. is it an tmobile issue ar a verizon issue. what are my chances of going into a verizon store and asking them to help me. when i call tmobile they told me something about service books.

Although you are posting in the Storm forum, not Storm 2 forum, your issue is probably related to the data outage on unlocked unsupported blackberries on T-Mobile.
