BBM not working on 8320 after downloading BBM 5.0

I downloaded the new BBM 5.0 to my AT&T Blackberry Curve and when it was done it said that the version was not compatible. Now, I have no BBM at all. How do I get back the old BBM on my phone? HELP!!!

From what i've read/ experienced the only way to do it is to use DM to install BBM 5.0 or to re-install your old BBM. Not sure why but this seems to be a common issue with the curve.

download it from one of the OTA links. point your browser to one of them and download it directly to your device. that should reinstall it. dont do it over DM.

5.0 version? I've tired this many times from many sites and it still doesn't work. The OTA ols BBM version only works for 4.0/4.1 OS only.

yea but OTA download should work. no need for doing it through DM.

Well I couldn't do old BBM OTA as I have 4.5.0.52 and so far no 5.0 will work, it installs, reboots and still no icon. Any advice welcome!

Hi =).. I have a BB 8320 and I was able to download BBM but it wouldnt open or any other aplication that I would download.. And now I dont know how to fix this.. Could you help me?? =(
