BBM- i send a contact request but the person does not receive it
The blackberry i have used to be my mothers, so i went to get a payasyou go sim card from orange and so when i got home i put the simcard in and the phone works completely fine with the sim card.
But when i tried to add one of my friends to BBM they said they didnt recieve the contact request. so i gave them my pin and told them to try and add me and they said that something went wrong with it.
so i tried another friend to see if maybe it worked with her but it was the same.
I am confused since I have no idea why it doesnt work. Please help if you can, thanks

Did you get the BlackBerry Add on package with it?
If not, then you need to do that. If so, then call your carrier because something is wrong with your connection to RIM's servers to get BBM (and other BlackBerry features) to work. - 06-01-2011, 03:41 AMThread Author #3
