Bbm help!!!

My BBM 5.0 sdhows I have 2 new messages.
But I don't.
How do I get rid of it?
I did a bettery pull, and still nothing.

just wanted to make sure i understand, the icon is showing on the homescreen that you have 2 BBM messages but when you open BBM there isnt anything there?

Yes. The red stars not next to it.
But it still says new.

i had that same problem, are u sure your bbm contacts didn't text you? just go to the bbm conversation/buddy list screen and it should show u.

I've started a new convo with all my contacts.
It's sill there.

You can connect to DM and clear the database for BBM, make sure do you a back up of your contacts first.

I don't have DM on my computer because
TMobiles DM download won't install
And they don't know why.

Have you installed the newest BBM update? My phone did exactly what yours is doing the other day and it turns out all I needed to do was the BBM update.
