I have the Curve 8330. It seems as though the pictures for both of my bbm groups I am in keep disappearing. I only see pictures posted within the last day and the rest are gone. I am running the 5.0.0.57 for BBM. My OS is 4.5.0.186. Any ideas what might be wrong?

They poster of the pics can delete them, which will delete on your side also.

Nope, everyone else in the group has 66 pictures.

i see it happen all the time with my friends that have 8330's too in our group. i dont know what the issue is, maybe a memory one. everyone else has all of the pics, but theirs delete all the time. the persons whos phone its effecting the most also has a sprint 8330.

Yea, thats what I have. A sprint 8330. So no fix that anyone knows of, huh?

I enabled "Save Media" to Media Card and it saves the images to the SD Card.

i dont think its because of the phone type. i'm using bold 9700 and my shared photos on bbm group disappear all the time too. my friends who use javelin and bold 9000 also experienced the same thing. can anyone help?

Hi, has anybody found any answer of why pictures are dissapearing in blackberry groups?

I just bought a new torch 2 (9810). First I've lost all my groups just a couple minutes after I uploaded some photos. Then I had to re-invite everyone in my group as I was the administrator. But then after I uploaded all the photos in my new made groups, and it's less than 80 btw, suddenly, all pictures in all of my groups (not even in my made groups) were deleted and only left with 5!!

What's going on here? I've upgraded my bbm too to 6.1.0.71 (the latest one)
