Default BBM 5.0 with on Verizon Tour 9630 - GPS locked?

So does Verizon lock out GPS capability on the Tour as well? The Send Location feature in BBM 5.0 on my phone doesn't work. Actually it didn't work on BBM 4.7.0 factory version either.

They don't lock out GPS at all. You're using a leaked software item and it screws up a lot of things.

The GPS is not locked on the Tour in any way. The "Send Location" function on BBM 5 worked for me so I'm not sure what to tell you. Is your GPS set to "location on"?

Works fine for me to. No complaints about BBM5 so far. Try sending location from within BB maps.

Also check the permissions are set to allow for BBM 5.
    RACECAR spelled backwards is RACECAR

The only stupid question, is the one not asked.

    Ahh. Thank you.

Moved into Android for now, but still rocking the 9650 at times
