I lost my contacts in the process - make sure you have your BBM backed up (if you're using BBM 184.108.40.206 already) or have an up to date backup file from desktop manager.
First install attempt over 220.127.116.11: Uncaught exception error. BBM not working now. Went back to App World and it was still "ready to install" so giving it another shot before trying a battery pull.
Second attempt: got "there was an error during install" - after clicking OK it told me I needed to reboot to complete the installation. We'll see what I've got when it boots back up.
After reboot: No BBM installed. BB App World says: "Uninstalled" - clicking "Reinstall" and now it's downloading again...
3rd attempt: Appeared to be stuck on "installing" but after forcing it back to the home screen and then going back into App World it said it was installed successfully. Lost all my contacts but had a recent backup file. Running fine now I think!

Should I just delete this one and download the new one?
You shouldn't need to delete the old one - though it may avoid some of the errors I'm having - your call though. Most likely just download it and it'll ask you if you want to replace your current version with 18.104.22.168 and then cross your fingers!
