Texts and BBM's not showing correct time

Hey I wasn't sure where to post this, but on my 9900, if I turn off my phone, when I turn it back on hours later, I receive all my texts and BBM's that were sent during that time, but they all say that they were sent at the time when I turned on my phone, opposed to the original time that they were sent. Is there any way to make it show when they were actually sent?

No, this happens to everyone. No matter what device you use.
I don't know why though, anyone know why this occurs?

Only emails show you the time it was sent at when you open it, sms only show you the time received.
