Show Time as Free Doesn't Work Properly

Why, if you mark a calendar item as "Show Time as Free" does it still show as a conflict with other items scheduled at the same time. If the item is marked as an "All Day" event this does not occur.

That's a good observation. The "busy" bar doesn't seem to distinguish between "Free" and "Busy" on non-all-day appointments. I'd say that's a bug.
