Default Setting up email without Enterprise?

Hi,

I just bought an unlocked BB9900 and did a wipe.
When I try to set up my emails (I'd like to add my gmail and an outlook one), I get a screen asking me to get an Enterprise account.

I have no idea what this means and how I can get around it? The help section said something along the lines of I should get 2 options, 1 personal, 1 enterprise and if I get only the enterprise option I should contact IT - except I am a private person and therefore have no IT department?

Much appreciate your help in setting up email accounts!

You are getting that screen because you do not have an active BlackBerry Data Plan (BIS) for the device.

You need to contact your carrier/service provider and get the proper data plan and then you will get the personal email set up option.
