Red light not flashing when i receive a bbm

can anyone help me my red light has stopped flashing when i receive a bbm but it works when i get an email or text .. which is confusing me ?

First off check your settings to be sure nothing changed. If all is well there try a battery pull. With the phone turned on remove the battery. Wait 30 to 60 seconds. Reinstall.
