Exclamation Receiving Email on One BIS Account - Replying With Another??

Hello,

After upgrading to .282 I can finally receive my Gmail Account email via BIS. Now I have another email (@conncoll.edu) on my phone via BIS which I do not have any messages forwarded to but I use it to write emails. I have this email set as my default service email so when I hit compose email it responds with my @conncoll.edu account, which is preferred.

The problem comes when I receive an email and hit "reply" my BB only gives me the option to email back via my gmail account although I need to use my @conncoll.edu to reply most of the time and I don't see why it wouldn't be an option... How can I fix this??

Thank You

It looks like on mine that you should have the choice what to respond with. When I click reply at the very top it says "Respond using:" then beside it it will say whichever account received the e-mail, but if you click on that account it will open a drop down list but it won't show any other accounts. Very weird, looks like its set up to do this, but it just doesn't give the option.

You can only reply to an email from the inbox that received it. That makes sense if you think about it. The other service doesn't have the message. If you want to reply from the other account, forward the message from the box that received it to yourself at the other email address. Then you can send it from there.

Or use "ForwardWithEdit" and you can then select which account you would like to send the e-mail from.

What's interesting, though, is that if you FORWARD the message instead of REPY to the message, you can change the "Send Using" account.
