Default no thumbnails

hi, I've a strange issue on my bold 9700. I can't get the thumbnail preview of my pictures (taken by the bb camera).
I've all the thumbnails for the pic taken until the 20 of january (2012)...after it's dark...
I can obviously see al the picture (even the ones without the thumbnail).

how can I solve?
I've tried to:
- upgrade bb os from 6.0.0.706 to 6.0.0.723
- unmount the sd card
- repair the sd
- reboot

I think there is a problem with the thumbs database...someone can tells me where I can find the db?

Check your store/home/user/pictures folder for hidden files. I have a 9780 and found a .dat file in there.

no dat files.
I've solved by moving "camera" folder on my desktop, and then again on my bb.
now SEEMS to be solved...

I've no thumbs.db or .dat file in camera and picture folders...visible or hidden...strange!
