How do I download the new bbm when my device is attached to the computer

Yes I just downloaded it & now I have no bbm it's not hidden or anything how can I get it back

Does it show up in your "My World" in App World?

Try these 2 things :

1. hold menu key and see whether BBM is running or not
2. Change universal search to application shortcut, and klik "N", see whether it runs BBM

For Appworld, usually I just download a fresh copy from browser, look for download site using google.

Check the main Applications list to see if either application is listed there.

If so, delete them.

Reinstall BlackBerry App World.

Then reinstall BlackBerry Messenger.
