Default How do I delete Bbm

How do I get rid of BBM for good? I don't want it! Thanks.

Options > Device > Application Management

Find BlackBerry Messenger in the list, highlight, hit blackberry key and select Delete

To be honest, I've never tried deleting BBM. Maybe you can't get rid of core apps? I'll defer to someone with more knowledge...

Install an older/newer version and then you can delete the app.

BBM is not a core application. You shouldn't have any issues deleting it using the application manager. Remember that it won't be deleted until you do a battery pull. As lycafe said, if it doesn't work, update it to the latest vern and then try again. Personally I don't see much use to having a BlackBerry w/o BBM, and BBM is the only reason I haven't switched to an iPhone... But then again, that's my opinion only.
