HELP : BBM is not delivering to couple of ppl only !

Okay Here is what happened i switched my devices i had the Bold 9790 gave it to my sister
and i got a new 9780 so backed up and restored everything

everything works amazingly fine except a few ppl in bbm
it deliver my msg but they can't send anything to me
like out 190 contact its happening to only 6 and i deleted them and re add
same story they receive my msg but i don't ! this very weird and never happened to me before !

UPDATE : I can see they changing their pictures but can't receive anything

NOTE : I also upgraded the new bbm

have you tried having them add your current PIN, sounds silly but it could be the that they still are registering your old PIN even after you add them. Stupider things have happened with BBM.

Yes exactly this is what i did
i asked them to re add me and yet the problem is going on !

am thinking of updating my OS ?
