Email isn't working

Please could someone help. .....

My email just suddenly decided to stop working and has deleted itself so now i can't receive or send emails.

I went to Email Setup and it asks me to verify when i verify it comes up with an error and asks me to log in again.

I also cannot download Blackberry App World onto my device

BBM works no problem as does the browser.

I have tried removing the battery and the sim card, i have tried switching it between 3G and 3G&2G.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Taking the email first, did you do the battery pull with the power on, and did you wait at least 30 seconds? And were you in a location with good mobile signal when you did it?

Next step is to resend service books.
