You can clear your device calendar through DM- hook up the phone, go to Backup & Restore, and go to Advanced. Find calendar, clear all.
But if you hook it back up, it would auto-resync whatever you had for a calendar before, so make sure to change your synchonization settings so that it doesn't do that.
