How can I download the app for BB App World. it was deleted from my BB and I don't know how to restore it

Try going to the blackberry site on your phone. There should be an option to download it.

Just for future reference, most apps can be found using your phones browser and the blackberry.com plus the app name as the url. You will get redirected to the country specific site and the download page of the app.

For example:
