Question bbm in russia?
i have friend in russia and she cant use bbm. its locked or something.. do you know why? and how can we solve this problem? thanks.

Is she on the BB system (BIS) it costs extra but you get internet, BBM, compression of data, email, encrypted everything. She will have to talk to her carrier to sign on.
if she is not on BIS the phone still works just not with all the extra function.

I actually saw a RIM knowledge base article on BBM today. It's not available in Russia.
