BBM Over Wifi [Weird Problem]

So I have a 9900 and 9780, both with BIS. Since I've updated my 9900 to the latest 7.1.0.190, my BBM Data over WIFI no longer works. I've been scratching my head ever since. The Wifi diagnostics says it cannot connect to the blackberry infrastructure.

I've tried resending service books and everything, the only thing I can see different between my two blackberries is the WIFI host routing table (HRT) entries are different, the 9900 connects to "mnc002mcc424.rcp.blackberry.com:443" whereas the WORKING 9780 connects to "rcp.ap.blackberry.com:443"

This is the only difference i've been able to find between the two devices, so it makes me wonder how I can fix this?

As you can see, both are on the same network and connect to the same router.

If anyone knows how I can fix this, I'd be unbelievably appreciative.

May possibly be a wifi router thing, have you ever done something to the router settings to allow the 9780 through?
Do you have a wifi router or a modem with a wifi access point?

swap sim card on both phone, maybe problem with your bis rather then phone.
