Hi I have a Bold 9780, I have looked everywhere for an answer as to why my BBM does not work, I cant receive or send BBM's I have wireless broadband with SKY, i was wondering if anybody could help at all?

For BBM to work, you need BIS i.e. [BlackBerry Internet Service] account with your carrier. Until and unless you get that proper account by signing up with your Carrier, then create an email box on your 9780 & receive the Service books from your Carrier, NO BBM ...

ohhhh well thats a bit of a bum,mer.. i was using my bbm on on wifi, as it is also a contract phone and am browsing a lot! so didnt want to run my bill up, it was just one day tht it decided to stop working... thankyou
