bbm messages not showing the times

Need HELP urgently! i just got back my stolen bb, and the bbm has been updated but the "times" of my delivered and sent messages are not showing, WHY?

Your messages are being sent and received ok but no timestamps? Hmm, I don't recall a setting for showing or not showing the times. Maybe you should reinstall?

Yea if I'm certain the time stamps are just intermediate, then after a few more messages previous time stamps won't be seen anymore, like u said u've updated Blackberry Messenger so maybe this is the way it operates.
