Default BBM icon doesn't show up but says it's installed

I installed a bbm update and rebooted it. Once it turned back on the bbm icon disappeared. I went into my applications list and deleted BBM off my phone. I went to the app store to reinstall but it says it's still installed. wtf? can anyone help

Check all of your folders and be sure to unhide all applications.

it's not hidden. I can't find it anywhere on my phone but I can't reinstall it because it says it's already installed.

What do you see under Application Management? Do you see it installed there?

I deleted it from there since the icon wasn't showing up anywhere and it wouldn't let me reinstall it from the app store. Now it's gone from that list and I still can't reinstall it.

You can try reloading it with App Loader or Desktop Manager.
