Default BBM has vanished

Help! My BBM vanished for seemingly no good reason. It is still listed as installed in both my list of applications (in Options--Device--Application Management) and on the App World list of installed apps. When a friend BBM'd me it came up as "D" for delivered. I've re-registered the host routing table and re-sent the service books - to no avail. Anyone have any suggestions for me??? Thanks.

And doesn't forget the obligatory battery pull.

I've done all of the above to no avail. What does "check the download icon" mean?

Then try deleting it from the applications lists and reinstall.

I deleted it and it doesn't give me the option to reinstall it. It comes up in mu list of uninstalled apps in App World and doesn't allow reinstall like the other uninstalled apps. What next?

BlackBerry Messenger Download

Scroll towards the bottom and click the link to be taken to AppWorld, maybe it can force a download.

Thanks...I installed it via app world on my pc sync'd to the 9810 and that seemed to force it through. Now we're up and running. I was hoping not to lose my BBM current conversations...oh well.
