Found the prompt to end chat when exiting out of a conversation to be too much of a hassle. I'm sure a minor detail for some, however, was enough for me to revert back to .33

With the OS installed on your PC, copy the cod files contained in the archive file I posted into your program files/common files/research in motion/shared/loader files/9000M_v5.0.0.411_P5.2.0.33/java directory. Copy the alx file into the program files/common files/research in motion/shared/loader files/9000M_v5.0.0.411_P5.2.0.33 directory. With your device connected to your PC run the Loader executable file found in the program files/common files/research in motion/apploader directory. The alternative would be to search for and install the app BBSAK; this will allow you to load the individual cod files to your device.

You have to use the Internet Browser to install OTA, you can't use a WAP browser or WiFi.

So I'm assuming I'm the only one experiencing any lag since downloading

No issues here. I like the new features so far. Looks like there are .53 and .54 out in the wild with other leaks at the moment. Wonder what changes those have.

I loaded BlackBerry Messengery 5.0.0.54 onto my T-Mobile 9700 with the out of the box OS 5.0.0.330.

So far I do not notice any major benefits from the standard BBM5.0...

Only thing I notice that seems useful, is in Options that you can check Auto Accept Audio Notes. I wish they had an Auto Accept Pictures!!

on my 8530 the new bbm status fonts are too small -like in the bbm app it self - my bbm contacts that have status messages up or the few prev lines that it shows if someone is messaging me are really small

the fonts in the actually message are normal

wish it had auto accept pictures

haven't noticed any other changes

installing on my 9000 now lets see if any font size issues there

Boy it doesn't matter WHAT RIM does, people always complain, first people complained fonts were too big, now they're too small.... Why are they too small? They're the same size as 4.6/4.7 and completely readable. This isn't an "issue" it's done very purposefully, this version has picture preview, no version has had auto accept.
