Finally got it from a zip on BerryReview. Loaded the COD's through BBSAK and it works fine. Does not show in the Applications list on .348 (Bold 9000) as Messenger but instead shows up as various 'components' in the Core section.
Appears to work fine so far. Auto uploaded just wish it would remember my personalised status messages.
Did not find any real visual differences but yes there is now the voice note option.

+1 got it from that OTA link and rebooted it works fine. Shows .52 in app list and is working correctly so far, didnt lose contact list or anything else either. so far all win mode here
