Wont play movies that it recorded if > 20 mins

I get a "The media being played is of an unsupported format" when I try to play a 3gp file with a length > 20 minutes recorded by my Blackberry. I ve tried battery pull etc.,

There is a birthday video that I'd like to recover. I tried various programs from online, none seem to work. If anyone posts a workable solution, I'll send them $50 via paypal.
