just use h.264 encoded files
anyplace you choose to download them from is fine.
I wont put a list up because I do not support piracy.

PlayBook supports WebKit/HTML-5 and Adobe Flash Player 10.1 to let u watch movie online.

You can use the 264 codec to encode hd mp4s. That's what I use.
