Video quality problem - had HQ movies, can't get them again

Hey guys,

Awkward problem, but two nights ago, I was able to stream High Quality movies to my Blackberry, meaning the picture was clear, meaning I could see the quality and colour without blur and again it was stunning high res picture.

Fast forward to the next night, where the only thing I've changed is removing the battery and reinserting it a few times (the blackberry fix it all), and now I watch the same link on m.youtube.com (i bookmarked it because it was high quality) and it is fuzzy, grainy and not full screen.

I've tried searching for options on streaming media, and player and couldn't find anything. Help please?

Same thing happened to me. First I optimized youtube (you can search how to do that on the forums somewhere), then videos played beautifully. However, the second day they reverted to the same muddy quality. My guess is that if I actually had an account it would save the optimization settings :P. If you do have an account, then I have no other solutions. Sorry!

check that you've selected "HQ" as the video option when viewing a video. it's on the video's info page. your cookies may have been reset.

ive tried optimizing on my phone, but the mp4 files and other files won't play because "they're blocked or whatever"
