Help!!! You tube videos won't play

I can videos, just not you Tube videos is there a reason why I keep getting error msg "an error has occured attempting to play the media" everytime i try to play a you tube video. I can play any media that I run myself say a video of my 2 yr old having a tantrum, just nothing on you tube,

Can you help me?
