Format for all phones?

So I have put some movies on my blackberry and the work awesome. I have tried to put them on my daughters LG bliss phone and they say they are the wrong format. Do any of you by chance have any idea what format those take? I have looked everywhere I can think of to find out and have had no luck.

I got these specs from a pdf on LG's USA website
Resolution 320x240 (default), 176x144
WMV, MP4, 3GP, 3G2 Formats

Isn't the 320x240 the same as the BB? I found these specs also and that is why I was confused that it didn't work. I will have to try the program you linked, thx

Resolution is only a part of it, encoding is another. For example the BB storm can play h264 and x264 encoded videos but the LG Bliss doesn't list these in the specs. So you want to stick with WMV, MP4, 3GP, 3G2.
