Default Curve 8330 can't view 320x240

I'm using handbrake to encode .mp4 from .avi video to watch on my Curve 8330 which has a full screen resolution of 320x240. But video won't play at this resolution, it keeps saying "loading". At first I thought the bitrate was too high but lowering it didn't make a difference. I found that when I encode at 240x176 which is the size of the video in the BB video player it works fine. But I want to watch it full screen. Should I be able to watch full screen 320x240 on my 8330? Any guides online that I've found say to encode at 320x240 for the Curve. Thanks!

Default

I Use Format Factory, and 320x240 resolution, and don't have any problems
