Trouble shooting with downloading all contacts

I just purchased pro and I was downloading contacts. It seems though It only downloaded maybe 15 of them??

How do I go about on downloading all of my contacts?

I suggest that you install Blurts 2.0 and see if the contacts download works better for you. We made some major improvements to the contacts download in version 2.0.
