Default "There is an error in XML document (0,0)" Error

I started getting this error on start up last night. I found out it was Blurts when I noticed that it wouldn't start! I've been using Blurts for about 2 years now not having it working is more than an inconvenience at this point. I am running Window 7. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

I am getting "There is an error in XML document (0,0)". How do I fix this?
The config file for Blurts might be corrupt. The config file is not deleted when you uninstall, you have to manually delete it.

Click the start button in windows
Select run
Paste %userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\MLHSoftware\Blurts
Click ok
Delete Blurts.config file in the explorer window that opens.
