The phone is in GREAT Condition, it is priced cheap because I have a new iPhone.
The screen has had the cover on it since new.
Two small nicks in the back (leather) cover as seen in the pictures.
Stainless bezel has minor use scratches on it.
NO MAJOR DAMAGE OR PROBLEMS WITH THIS PHONE!

Comes in box with all original accessories plus an OEM Black Leather Clip Case and 8GB MicroSD.

I can do either or for the bold, 9530 comes with lots of accessories,

im sorry but 400 is not cheap at all, specially for one that is not in mint condition, peope are selling bb bolds for around 360 sometimes even lower than that

Yes.

$400 is pretty steep.

I just sold my Bold for 300 and I put in all Brand new parts to make it new.

IE New Bezel, Keyboard, Battery Cover, and Bottom Clip.

Anyway, I miss my Bold.

If you want to adjust your price- I might take a bite.

I love it when people say something is in mint condition and they list the cosmetic defects. The definition of mint is "unused or appearing to be newly made and never used".

This phone is not mint at all. You should look up the definition of mint. It definitely isn't 2 ginormous scratches on the back cover.

I think 350 is steep for a REAL mint bold, I wouldn't pay more than 280 for one with cosmetic defects.

Not an offer, I traded my Bold for an iPhone and really couldn't be happier.

Thanks everyone for your opinions, although I was not looking for them.
I care for my phones because they are a business tool for me and I rely on them.
The phone is as stated and if the definition of mint is different then your opinion, it was not meant to confuse or hide any details of the phone.
It is in good shape and anyone would be proud to have it.
The back cover is simple to replace, as most people do with some custom color, so I did not want to change it. The superficial scratches are nothing more then me being honest.
I will modify the listing to be sure everyone knows it is clearly NOT a new phone.
