No it won't since there's no sim card. im sure you can find some 8530/9300s on here pretty cheap.

The only CDMA phones that work on AT&T are dual mode or what Verizon calls world phones, like the 9650 or 9930. You can get them unlocked and use them on AT&T or tmobile, BUT only at 2G speeds.

The 9330 (Curve 3G) is a CDMA only device. The 9300 is the GSM equivalent.
I think you got confused with the model numbers he posted, the 9930 is the Bold Touch.

So it won't work on Bell.
