Item Description : Verizon 9930 Bold
Price : Even trade for a same-condition, CLEAN ESN, Verizon 9850
    Condition : 8/10
Includes : Phone, battery, charger, white silicone skin
Item Location : Overland Park, KS
Shipping Details : Each pay for own shipping - I'll be sending via UPS.
    Payment Options : NA
Contact Info : PM here or BBM - 330F61F2
Additional Info: Got this phone off of eBay a couple weeks ago. There is some light scuffing around the bezel, a couple marks on the back, and some scraping around the battery cover latch (see pics). The front of the phone including the screen is flawless. The phone works great, I've just come to realize that screen real estate is important to me.

Now, since this is an even trade which means no PayPal trail, I would greatly prefer to ship second. I'm not very trusting . I'd like to think I have a good image around here that I would hate to tarnish, and I'm 100% genuine with this offer. All the verification I need is the tracking # and a photo of the shipping receipt.

    No love for my offer?

I'm switching back to my Rezound for a bit so the PIN I posted won't work. PM is the best way now. Thanks!

Definitely a good deal for anyone wanting a physical keyboard; the 9930 has the best. Also, I can vouch for Ann. She has a good reputation here as well as on my BBM.

    Someone must want to trade!

Absolutely can vouch for Ann!!! We've talked for three years now, is one of my BBM contacts, and have traded a phone before.

As far as the 9930, best keyboard EVER. And this is a great deal. Win-Win!!!!!

LOL!! And that's why I got the 9930 in the first place!! It was a great learning experience though. I learned I really do value screen real estate over a physical keyboard!

Surely there's a disgruntled 9850 user out there who's missing a physical keyboard!

I think everyone that has the 9850 got it for the same reason that you want it.

Guh! I'm hoping that someone got one to try out a touchscreen, hate it, and embracing my 9930 with open arms...er...hands.

Why not a 9860 instead? I mean, it's the latest model.

9850 = CDMA, 9860 = GSM, right? I'm on Verizon which is CDMA.

Why are you trading your BB 9930? Wanna try the touch screen for a change?

More like go back to the touch screen experience. My daily driver is the HTC Rezound. When I decided to give OS7 a shot I wanted to get the flagship. The screen was so tiny and cramped compared to what I'm used to that it really hindered my experience.

Plus the Torch 9850/9860 and Torcb 9810 would technically be the "flagships" as well as far as specs go really.

I hear ya, Pantless, the BB Bolds are totally different beasts with the keyboard and the smaller screen, I'm sure its harder to get used to that once you have tried a product like the Rezound...however you have to note that the Torch 9860 does not have the polish of all these Android phones, it still feels like a Blackberry.

Don't come in expecting a miracle..is all I'm saying. As for me I really love it. The form factor is great and now I have no difficulties typing on the touch screen. But It's still undoubtedly a Blackberry phone.

First of all: here's a friendly bump for someone who seems like a nice person around the forums.

Also maybe if you could find some way to throw in a new battery door (since that is where the scuffing is). Not sure how much they are but can't be a whole lot.

Just saw this! Thanks!! Yeah the battery door was like that when I got it on eBay. It's like the previous owner didn't know how to work it or something!

About 7 hours to go on my current ebay auction!

I got to play around on one the other day. My coworker has one and loves it. I really do think that'll be my ideal (current) BB device.

Some hard cases can cause minor scuffing to the battery door, but they sell for under $10 on ebay and Amazon.
