I have a unlocked Blackberry 8800 with a clear plastic holster and all the accessories. I actually work in Augusta, ME if you want to see the phone in person. As far as I am aware the 88XX series will get 5.0 but if not it still has 4.5 on it. I can get pics if you need. Phone is in really good shape and have used it on AT&T, T-Mobile, and Unicel without any issues. Box pretty banged up but still have it all taped up lol.

I have an 8820 I am willing to trade. Unlocked, OS 4.5 on it (i can put a REALLY OLD 5.0 on it, since OS 5.0 isnt coming out for the 88xx series it would be fairly useless and VERY buggy)

what do u mean tap the top? like to do anything you have to tap it, hows the phone run with 3.0? send mms'?

no, when you use the camera SOMETIMES you have to lightly tap the top corner (where the camera is) in your palm and it comes back. i have not had to do this for a while though....

phone runs flawless on 3.0 and MMS works perfect on tmobile....always has...
