Can't use unlocked T-Mo 9780...need unlocked Rogers or other that can access AT&T 3G bands.

I have a like new ATT BB Torch if interested plus I can throw in some cash. I've had the Torch since Fall 2010 and its been in a case since day one. Just thought I'd throw that out there!
